I have worked for Barta for many years. What I particularly like about my job is to work in a team whose ambition is to deliver high quality. My area of responsibility is diversified. Furthermore, the work performance of the employees is honoured at Barta and career opportunities are offered. Therefore, I had the opportunity to develop myself from an unskilled worker to a foreman.

From the beginning I have seen great possibilities for further development at Barta. I have been working in this company for seven years and I was able to change my department several times. I started in the color-mixing department, I then took over the digital printing project, after that I became a screen printer and lastly I am working in the graphics department. The opportunity of changing my departments is for me a sign of trust and recognition for my performance. It is a pleasure to be involved in projects and to take over new working activities so I can expand my knowledge and develop myself.

What I appreciate most at Barta is the stable, medium-sized enterprise with familial spirit. Changes are possible and promoted. I am working in a good team and I feel comfortable within it - autonomous working gets supported. Barta offered me the opportunity to develop myself and to start a part-time study. For 15 years at Barta I have been working in different departments, like purchase, accounting, cost accounting and information technology and so I was able to get to know the company from different perspectives. Today I am the department head of information technology and so I can make my contribution to lead the company to the digital future.

As an executive manager I am confronted with different challenges I have to solve and this is a lot of fun for me. It requires flexibility, great ideas, patience, reliability, brainpower and sure instinct.

At Barta I especially like that my field of responsibility in the logistics department is diversified and therefore I am confronted with different challenges every day. I can count on the support of my colleagues and this makes me feel very comfortable in my team.

Final Production

I am proud to work in a traditional company that also attaches importance to innovation. It is very interesting for me to see products of Barta in everyday life, which run through my quality check. I enjoy my daily tasks, because of my loyal and funny team.
