TECHNOLOGICAL DEVELOPMENT
The long-term perspective of silk-screen printing lies in solvent-reduced processing. In our own research and development laboratory we continually strive to improve our current products as well as develop new ones. Our application laboratory is set-up for customer specific requirements and has the development potential to fulfill many tasks from a broad range of customer wishes.
PROCESSES
Barta is highly oriented towards a new process structure. All processes are checked by internal audits on compliance. Our highest priorities are quality and customer satisfaction. Product technology as well as manufacturing techniques are subject to a permanent optimization process. We see it as our task to question the existing regulations and procedures and to continuously work out improvements that lead to an increase in product quality and our competitiveness.
COMMUNICATION / COMPLIANCE
We pursue an active communication policy with all internal and external parties (employees, customers, suppliers, neighbors). The company actively participates in diverse compliance initiatives (safety, health and environmental protection). All processes are monitored and checked for legal conformity.We see it as our task to question the existing regulations and procedures to continuously work out improvements that lead to an increase in product quality and our competitiveness.
RESOURCES
As a manufacturing company, the sensible use of resources to protect the environment is of great importance to Barta. Resources used are continuously monitored and their potential for improvement checked. Particular emphasis is placed on resource management. The company strives to implement GHG accounting in the short to medium term. Activities with GHG impact are monitored closely and active steps to counter negative developments are taken. We recognize and understand the importance of our staff as a long-term resource. The company takes all steps necessary to create a positive working environment contributing to employee`s health. Environmentally / health-conscious behavior & actions are encouraged by our company on all levels also including the setup of the employee`s individual workplace.
